Completely automated check-in process for hotels. Hotel guests check-in via their own
device without an app download. Alternatively via a kiosk (mobile tablet) at the reception
desk. The mobile check-in includes a legally compliant digital registration form with SCA
(required by German law). All data is automatically stored via the interface to protel. No more
manual entry necessary.
The digital guest directory/ guest service supports the personal service in the hotel and
accompanies guests before, during and after their stay. The top functions are: Info folder,
insider tips, newspapers, guest wishes, canceling of room cleaning ‘Green Choice’, smart
feedback, push messages to guests, … .
With the journey mailing solution by CODE2ORDER, hotels can send the right e-mails to
hotel guests at the right time (booking confirmation, notice for check-in, booking cancellation,
check-out reminder, …). Design and text can be customized. Once created, e-mails no
longer have to be sent out manually.
