BEST WESTERN Silva Hotel faced the challenge of finding and choosing a proper hotel management system that could be perfectly adapted to the size and the specifications of the hotel, and that at the same time ensured the connection of a dual interface with the Best Western center from Greece, following the regulation in force for obtaining the approvals and operating licenses.
Another essential requirement: the new solution had to come with a dedicated support team to which Silva hotel could develop a long-term partnership and which would quickly answer all of their requests.
protel SPE is a comprehensive hotel management solution that reliably supports all areas of hotel work, irrespective of the scale of operations. It is highly customizable in almost every feature of the software. It delivers solid performance for Sales, Reservation and Front Office departments.
The process of implementing the protel program was performed in two steps. The first step ensured the necessary logistics on site – installing a server to establish connectivity of a dual interface with the Best Western center in Greece, and the second step covered the actual implementation through specialized trainings provided directly at the hotel.
Due to the custom-made package, the entire hotel personnel received a training personalized for each of their needs with practical exercises both on the live protel platform and in the test environment. Because the software has a lot of data points and all the hotel team members can use this efficiently, the software brings great value to Silva Hotel as a business.
