Zaplox mobile guest app is a turnkey solution for hoteliers that want to offer guests a safer, contact-free hotel experience. Instead of handling physical key cards and waiting in line at the front desk, guests are able to check-in on their phone and use their phone to unlock the hotel room door and access other hotel facilities. The app is used to access special promotions and add-ons and allows guest to communicate with staff throughout the stay. At departure, the app provides easy, mobile access to checkout, folio review and payment.

Zaplox’s custom branded app enables hoteliers to create their own guest journey, whereas hotels that already has a guest app, can use Zaplox’s SDK to add mobile check-in and key functionality to their app.
Zaplox also offers a self-service kiosk solution for use in the hotel lobby.
