Availabilities are determined in real time for all the hotels, while reservations are immediately posted to the central system. All the Front Office, Banquet and Sales & Marketing functionalities are available both centrally and from each hotel in the network.

Central internet reservation

The direct connection to online reservation systems (GDS and IDS) such as to Booking.com and Expedia as well as the booking function directly on the website of each hotel (WBE) ensures maximum exposure and covers the whole world of online distribution for the entire hotel chain. protel MPE manages rates and availability incl. allocations centrally and transfers these to all connected online booking channels. This allows your guests to make online reservations across the entire chain. Individual infrastructure for each hotel is thus not required.

Central marketing

Every guest, company and travel agency is listed only once in your entire hotel chain’s or group’s database. If you wish, you can even give all your hotels online access to all the information stored for a particular hotel.
