With protel Air you easily keep taps on all of the hotel’s rooms. The housekeeping list shows you at a glance the status of each room and whether a room is “clean” or “out of order.” This way, arrivals can easily be assigned to cleaned rooms and departures to Housekeeping. Filter selections such as date, reservation or room status allow a clear overview.

The protel Air E-Commerce Manager supports your marketing and sales activities on the Internet. Clearly structured graphs provide overviews, for instance of revenue generated via the Web Booking Engine. Whatever you need to know: Just define a set of lists and reports and after each end of day process protel Air either sends out the information to a predefined distribution list or saves it in the protel Air Dropbox. This information, such as daily reports, saved online in the protel Air Dropbox can then be accessed from anywhere and synchronized between all devices.
